Getting a divorce just got a whole lot easier.

Wevorce is a new website that hopes to make “every divorce amicable” by working with both parties to streamline the process and avoid having to go to court.

The site creates a divorce roadmap based on five different archetypes which takes into account both spouses, children and all relevant financials.

The website has a network of 600 attorneys, counselors, and financial professionals across the country that assist with settling assets/debts, co-parenting obligations and organizing legal documents for review and filing.

According to Business Insider, Wevorce’s services start at $749 and typically finalize divorces in less than 90 days.

Eight years after splitting and paying out nearly $47 million in a divorce settlement, British singer Phil Collins is set to remarry his third ex-wife.

While it was revealed last month that the 64-year-old former Genesis frontman had rekindled with his ex-wife Orianne, now she says the two are planning to walk down the aisle again.

“I call Phil now again as my husband,” the 43-year-old told Swiss newspaper SonntagsBlick, reported People. “We are so close that it actually makes no difference whether we are married. But we are determined to get married one day a second time.”

The couple – who have two sons together, Matthew, 14, and Nicholas, 10 – also plan on making their second wedding much more intimate than their lavish 1999 ceremony in Switzerland.

“The important difference is that now our children can be there,” she said. “I imagine the next celebration will be more familiar and smaller.”

After their nine year marriage disintegrated in 2008, Collins shelled out $47 million to his ex, which at the time was one of the biggest settlements in Britain’s history.

In between their divorce and subsequent reconciliation, Orianne went on to marry, divorce and have a child with another man.

Collins has three adult children from his previous marriages to Andrea Bertorelli & Jill Tavelman.

It now looks like Phil & Orianne’s love will live for “One More Night.”

In September, Kaley Cuoco split from husband Ryan Sweeting after just 21 months of marriage.

And now The Big Bang Theory star is getting candid about the “rough” divorce.

“Last year was very bizarre and we all go through really weird ups and downs. And sometimes I’m a little bit more seen, and everyone goes through that stuff,” Cuoco said on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. “I already feel like 2016 is going to be a much better year than 2015. It’s been rough, but things are going good.”

Part of getting over the failed relationship required Kaley to cover up an ill-advised back tattoo of her wedding date in Roman numerals.

“Don’t tattoo wedding date, I know, I know,” she said regrettably.

But the million-dollar-per-episode actress found her solution by getting a large moth ink instead. Luckily the moth also had special meaning to the newly single beauty.

“The significance is it was big enough to cover the numbers,” Cuoco joked.

Winning an Academy Award can solidify one’s place on the Hollywood A-list, but it can also lead to heartache.

According to a recent study, an Oscar win signifies a “sudden positive status shift” which often leads to negative consequences in personal lives, namely with marriage or relationships.

1. Just days after winning Best Actress for “The Blind Side” in 2010, Sandra Bullock was rocked by husband Jesse James‘ cheating scandal. Their divorce was finalized in June 2010.

2. Following six nominations, Kate Winslet finally won a Best Actress Oscar for The Reader in 2009. One year later, she and director Sam Mendes announced their split after seven years of marriage.

3. Reese Witherspoon was all smiles after winning Best Actress for Walk the Line in 2006. The following year, she and husband Ryan Phillippe announced their separation. Their divorce was finalized in Oct 2007.

4. After forgetting to thank him the first time around, Hilary Swank made sure to address husband Chad Lowe while accepting her second Best Actress Oscar – this time for Million Dollar Baby – in 2005. By 2007, their marriage of ten years was officially over.

5. In 2002, Halle Berry made history as the first African-American woman to win a Best Actress Oscar for her work in Monster’s Ball. Unfortunately, her luck would run out the following year as she and second husband Eric Benet announced their separation. Their divorce was finalized in 2005.

6. After initially filing for divorce in 2007, Sean Penn and Robin Wright reconciled a few months later. Their wedded bliss continued as he won his second Best Actor Oscar for his work in Milk in 2009. Within the next few months, the couple would file for separation, reconcile again and file for divorce for the last time. Their split was officially finalized in July 2010.

7. Jean Dujardin became the French toast of the town after taking home Best Actor for The Artist in 2012. But the Oscar curse knows no borders, and the following year he and wife Alexandra Lamy split after four years of marriage.

On the bright side, at least we know if Leonardo DiCaprio finally takes home a gold statuette this weekend he won’t be headed for divorce.

Nearly nine months since splitting from Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner is breaking her silence.

The 43-year-old is going on the offensive in a new Vanity Fair cover story where she makes it clear her marriage did not end because of Ben’s alleged affair with the couple’s former nanny Christina Ouzounian.

“We had been separated for months before I ever heard about the nanny,” Garner told the magazine. “She had nothing to do with our decision to divorce. She was not a part of the equation.”

The Hollywood supercouple – who have three children – announced their separation on June 30th, one day after their 10th anniversary. And despite the dissolution of their marriage, Jennifer still holds her relationship with the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice star in high regard.

“I didn’t marry the big fat movie star; I married him,” Garner said. “And I would go back and remake that decision. I ran down the beach to him, and I would again. You can’t have these three babies and so much of what we had. He’s the love of my life.”

She continued: “He’s the most brilliant person in any room, the most charismatic, the most generous. He’s just a complicated guy. I always say, ‘When his sun shines on you, you feel it.’ But when the sun is shining elsewhere, it’s cold. He can cast quite a shadow.”

Now that’s some A-list shade right there.

It looks like Chris Martin just isn’t ready to consciously uncouple from Gwyneth Paltrow.

The Oscar-winning actress filed for divorce in April 2015 and served the Coldplay singer with the legal documents the following month, but Chris has yet to respond to Paltrow’s petition.

According to a report, a judge has told the Iron-Man actress that due to the delay she may now be able to get everything she asked for in the documents, which includes custody of their two children.

While the 38-year-old rocker may not have signed off on the papers yet, he and Gwyneth’s business managers have reportedly been hard at work dividing up all their various assets.

Despite their split, the former couple have remained quite close for the sake of their children with Gwyneth even admitting Chris has become more “like a brother.” #RichPeopleProblems

After 26 years of marriage, Reba McEntire finalized her divorce from husband and manager Narvel Blackstock in October.

And now the country singer is spilling the tea by revealing she was not the one who initiated the break-up.

“The divorce was not my idea,” she told CMT Radio host Cody Alan. “I didn’t want it in any shape, form or fashion.”

While the 60-year-old didn’t elaborate as to what specifically led to the demise of her marriage, Reba did say she eventually knew it was time to walk away.

“It was really hard to make the adjustment when someone’s not happy. I just want everybody to be happy in their lives because our lives are too short to be miserable. I just thought it was the best thing to take my marbles and go play somewhere else, is what Daddy used to always say.”

But the Grammy winner didn’t sever all ties with her ex-husband. Despite the end of the romantic relationship, the pair are still working together professionally. What the what?! Only in Hollywood Nashville, people!

The former couple tied the knot in 1989 and share 26-year-old son Shelby Steven McEntire Blackstock.

Debra Messing is a single woman again.

Nearly four years since filing for divorce from husband Daniel Zelman, a Los Angeles judge officially signed off on the court documents on Tuesday, reported Page Six.

The Mysteries of Laura star initially filed for divorce from her writer/producer husband in June 2012. At that time, it was revealed the pair had actually been separated since 2010, but had chosen to continue living together in New York.

Debra and Daniel – who is the creator of the Netflix series Bloodline – were married in 2000 and share 11-year-old son Roman.

While the former Will & Grace star had initially requested spousal and child support, financial or custody agreements have not been revealed.

Top Chef host Padma Lakshmi has taken out her knifes.

The 45-year-old is blasting her ex-husband, Salman Rushdie, by insinuating he was cold and jealous  in her new explosive autobiography Love, Loss and What We Ate.

After meeting in 1999 while he was still married to his third wife, Salman and Padma tied the knot in 2004.

Known for writing the controversial 1988 novel The Satanic Verses – for which he received death threats – Rushdie allegedly showed contempt for Lakshmi when she appeared on the cover of Newsweek.

“The only time Newsweek put me on their cover was when someone was trying to put a bullet in my head,” he grudgingly said to his wife.

Things intensified as Padma’s career began to thrive in the public eye, which she says troubled him greatly.

“I just wanted my own identity,” the former model revealed. “I was making the transition out of one stage of my life and into another. But in order to do that, it required that I wasn’t everywhere that he needed me to be.”

Lakshmi then developed endometriosis, a painful condition affecting the lining of the uterus, and Rushdie showed no compassion. When she refused to have sex because of excruciating pain, he replied: “How convenient.”

She eventually had surgery to remedy the illness. The day after she returned from the hospital with two stents in her kidney, Rushdie left town on a business trip rather than help her recuperate. “The show must go on,” he uttered on his way out.

She filed for divorce shortly after in 2007.

Padma now has a six-year-old daughter from her relationship with venture capitalist Adam Dell.

A year since finalizing her divorce from singer Robin Thicke, Paula Patton has moved and is staying positive about finding love.

“And you are going to get hurt, trust me, I know! I’ve been hurt a couple times—maybe more than a couple times,” the 40-year-old told E! News. “But you gotta pick yourself back up, and give it another chance. I know I’m going to!”

Well, she actually already did. According to Patton, she was dating someone post-divorce but it has since ended.

“It didn’t work out. It was a good time,” the actress disclosed while on  Entertainment Tonight promoting her new film The Perfect Match. “Yes, I was very in love. …I am hoping to feel that way soon.”

Like the title of the romantic comedy, Paula is still holding out to find her perfect match.

“It is a beautiful thing to find your partner in crime. It’s a great way to live your life,” she said. “If you have met your perfect match and it was working, stay with it. Do not give up. Hold onto that because it is special.”

After 21 years together – nine as husband and wife – Paula and Robin first announced their split in 2014. They share five-year-old son Julian Fuego.

On February 9, 2015, Gwen Stefani’s world came crashing down.

It was the morning after the Grammys and the pop icon discovered devastating news that would ultimately end her 13-year marriage marriage to Bush lead singer Gavin Rossdale.

“My life was literally blown up into my face,” the 46-year-old told the New York Times.

To add insult to injury, Stefani claims that the people closest to her knew the information for 10 weeks before she found out.

“If I could, I would just tell you everything, and you would just be in shock. It’s a really good, juicy story,” she disclosed.

While the No Doubt songstress won’t spill the exact specifics, many reports have speculated that Rossdale was having an affair with Mindy Mann, the nanny of their three sons.

In August 2015, the rock and roll couple announced their divorce.

While feeling like she was “going to die,” Gwen poured her feelings into her music and eventually struck up a relationship with her The Voice co-star Blake Shelton.

“Never in my wildest, craziest dreams would I ever have seen this coming,” she said of her romance with the country singer.

Now a year since the turbulent period began, Gwen says her days still have their ups and downs.

“I’m not going to say I’m not still picking up the pieces and every day isn’t a challenge. I’m still in shock. But it’s an awesome time.”

After four divorces, Melanie Griffith is enjoying being single again.

The 58-year-old most recently split from Antonio Banderas after 18 years of marriage and is readjusting to dating in the 21st century.

“It’s a whole new world out there!” she told People. “I’m having a blast. It’s all new, I feel like I’ve got a second chance. It’s all really good.”

Kerry Washington has been dogged with rumors that her marriage to former NFL star Nnamdi Asomugha is headed for splitsville.

After tying the knot last April, How to Get Away with Murder star Charlie Weber is divorcing his wife, Gisele.

According to TMZ, the 37-year-old filed the documents last month claiming irreconcilable differences.

The couple have no children and signed a prenup, which should make the split move along quickly.

Charlie plays Viola Davis‘ right-hand man Frank Delfino on the ABC series and is known for flaunting his God-given talents.

It’s pretty certain he’ll have no trouble back out on the field.

Catt Sadler is moving on from her four year marriage and isn’t looking back.

The E! News correspondent has filed for divorce from husband Rhys David Thomas, reports People.

“I’m excited about this next chapter of my life,” the 41-year-old said in a statement. “Change is never easy, but my children remain my upmost priority. I’m no different than many single working mothers faced with the pressures of the constant juggle. It can be exhausting but it is extremely rewarding.”

While Sadler and Thomas have no children together, she does have two sons from her first marriage.

Catt and Rhys eloped in December 2011 and made their last red carpet appearance as a couple in March 2015.

Divorce runs in the family.

Casey Affleck is following in his big brother’s footsteps and has split from his wife of ten years, Summer Phoenix.

“Casey Affleck and Summer Phoenix have amicably separated. They remain very close friends,” the actor’s rep told People.

Together since 2000 and married in 2006, the pair have two sons, Indiana, 11, and Atticus, 8.

The Triple 9 actor was introduced to Summer by her older brother Joaquin Phoenix.

Their split comes on the heels of Casey’s brother Ben Affleck‘s high-profile breakup from Jennifer Garner. Coincidentally, they also announced their separation after celebrating their 10th wedding anniversary in June 2015.

They were married for nearly 25 years and despite their high-profile divorce, Caitlyn Jenner says she and ex-wife Kris Jenner have managed to remain “good friends.”

Caitlyn also added how her transition played apart in their relationship from its onset.

“Everybody has a different interpretation of what happened,” the I Am Cait star said at a press event. “But I was, I thought, probably very honest with her at the beginning when we first met 25 years ago. Did I probably downplay it? Absolutely.”

The 66-year-old former Olympian also acknowledged Kris has struggled with the issue but they’ve managed to stay close throughout the entire situation.

“I think sometimes she has challenges in trying to deal with the issue now, which I get it, but we’re still good friends.”

She added: “We had 23 great years together. She’s a great person. We have a great relationship now.

Following her split from Robert Kardashian, Kris married Caitlyn in 1991. After 22 years of marriage, Kris announced their separation in September 2013.  The 60-year-old filed for divorce the following year and their divorce was finalized in March 2015.

The second time around didn’t fair much better for Elon Musk and Inception star Talulah Riley.

The pair have decided to end their marriage four years after divorcing the first time.

Talulah has filed for divorce from the Paypal co-founder in Los Angeles Superior Court, reported People. Elon had previously filed for divorce from the 30-year-old actress in 2014, but withdrew the request months later.

This is just the latest turn of events for the couple who first married in 2010, divorced in 2012 and remarried in 2013.

The divorce is said to be amicable with the pair having been living apart for the last six months.

Elon, 44, and Talulah have no children together, but he does have five sons from his first marriage to Canadian author Justine Musk.

The businessman – who is also the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX – has an estimated worth of $13 billion.

Real Housewives of New York star Bethenny Frankel just won the latest round in her ongoing contentious divorce from ex-husband Jason Hoppy.

A state appeals court has ruled that the 45-year-old no longer has to pay Hoppy $12K a month in spousal support, according to the New York Daily News.

Back in May, the Skinnygirl mogul was ordered to cough up the heft alimony payments, but now the court found that the couple’s prenuptial agreement waived “any and all claims for spousal support and/or maintenance.”

The former couple – who share custody of a five-year-old daughter – are still fighting over the $5 million NYC apartment Frankel purchased in a joint trust with Hoppy, who at the time was also her business manager.

Adding to the strife, Bethenny is questioning if her ex was “involved in any fraud in the preparation and execution of the trust agreement.”

The Bravo queen released the following statement via her lawyer.

“Bethenny is particularly pleased that the trust agreement, which was used in an attempt to obtain joint ownership of an apartment that she purchased, was rendered void and invalid due to fraudulent behavior in connection with the execution of the agreement. We believe that the evidence, including evidence of the husband’s fraudulent behavior and unclean hands, will clearly demonstrate that Bethenny, who is the sole purchaser, is also the sole owner. We are also pleased the court invalidated the award of interim spousal support to Jason based on his waiver in the prenuptial agreement.”

Bethenny and Jason’s divorce proceedings are now in their fourth year. They split in 2012 after two years of marriage.

She divorced her husband of 12 years in September and now Giada De Laurentiis is sharing how she handled the difficult split.

“I had a rough year and a half, no question,” the Food Network star told E! News. “But I think that all of us go through stuff. I checked out for a little bit. I tried to stay under the radar to protect my family and my daughter, mostly. But now I feel like I’ve turned the corner.”

And she believes breaking her silence is a sign that she’s really getting over the heartache.

“I think that the pain was so raw for so long that I just felt like I couldn’t [even talk about it],” she added. “I think that everybody takes their time to get over whatever it is they need to get over.”

Married in 2003, Giada and husband Todd Thompson announced they were splitting in December 2014. She currently pays him $9K a month in alimony.

While they share custody of their eight-year-old daughter, the Giada at Home host has also found new love and zest for life with boyfriend Shane Farley.

She continued: “Life is a big adventure and yes, there are curveballs that come your way. Take a minute. Breathe deeply. But if you’re healthy, you can get through anything in this life. You just can.”
