Gavin Rossdale will not be taking ex-wife Gwen Stefani to the cleaners in their ongoing divorce.
Despite not having a prenup and being entitled to 50% of everything they both earned during their 13-year marriage, the Bush frontman has decided not to seek any of his uber successful wife’s millions.
According to TMZ, Rossdale agreed to a “lopsided split of property in favor of Gwen” and isn’t asking for any child support for their three sons. The former couple have also agreed to a 50/50 split of joint custody, with Rossdale actually getting more time with the boys due to Gwen’s busy touring schedule.
Married in 2002, Gwen and Gavin announced their split last August.
While the No Doubt songstress has spilled just about everything about their breakup but the exact specifics, many reports have speculated that Rossdale was having an affair with Mindy Mann, the nanny of their three sons.
