Kaley Cuoco‘s husband of 21 months won’t be getting any of her Big Bang Theory millions.

The television actress has finalized her divorce from Ryan Sweeting and thanks to a prenup will be walking away with minimal collateral damage.

According to TMZ, Kaley won’t have to share any of her $1 million per episode salary and instead will gift the tennis player a lump sum of $165K, pay $195K for his two trainers and the cost of his legal fees.

The CBS star also gets the couple’s main residence in the San Fernando Valley and a beach house near Santa Barbara.

After a short three-month engagement, Kaley and Ryan married on December 31st, 2013. Less than two years later, they filed for divorce in September 2015.

Moral of the story: Always get a prenup!

Beyonce‘s cousin is spilling all the Lemonade on the Queen’s marriage to Jay-Z.

Shanica Knowles is claiming rumors that her A-list family member’s relationship is headed to splitsville aren’t off base and they’ve actually broken up many times before.

“This has been a long process and I’ve heard they’ve had to deal with silent separations and splits over the past few years,” the former Hannah Montana star told British magazine Heat. ” But Beyoncé is praying that this album will actually save their marriage.”

According to Shanica, the “Formation” singer used her latest visual album Lemonade to work through her marital issues.

“She’s been through the intense anger and I think she’s now learning to forgive Jay,” Shanica added.  “The next few months are going to be the test – this is now make or break for them. But Bey’s determined to do everything she can to make it work.”

And if what Shanica says is true, then the music supercouple’s marriage appears to be as healthy as ever, since Jay has been spotted supporting his icon wife on various stops of her Formation World Tour.

Girl Meets Divorce!

First Ryan Gosling & Eva Mendes kept their pregnancy quiet and now it’s been revealed that Danielle Fishel secretly divorced a few months ago.

The former Boy Meets World child star broke up with her husband of two years, Tim Belusko, back in October 2015 and finalized the split in March, reported E!.

Danielle, 35, met her ex while they were both students at Cal State Fulleron in 2009. They were engaged in May 2012 and married on October 19, 2013.

The actress currently stars on Disney Channel’s Girl Meets World, the spin-off to her ’90s ABC sitcom.

On a positive note, Topanga and Cory are still together.

Amy and Matt Roloff may have the most amicable divorce in Hollywood.

The Little People, Big World couple finalized their split in April and have divided up their assets in half, down to the family photos.

According to TMZ, neither TLC star asked for spousal support and each got a 50% stake in their Oregon farm and pumpkin salsa business. As far as all their photos, the court documents state they must make copies of all family pics and share them with each other. #divorcegoals

After 27 years of marriage, Amy and Matt announced their breakup in June 2015. They share four adult children.

You’ve got incriminating email!

A source tells Us Weekly that Sharon Osbourne found out her husband Ozzy Osbourne was cheating by sifting through his inbox.

Rumors have linked the demise of the couple’s 34-year marriage to the rock star’s reported affair with hairstylist Michelle Pugh.

“Sharon found out about the affair by searching through Ozzy’s emails,” the insider told the publication. “She was upset that he was supporting this woman!”

Following news of the extramarital tryst, Pugh was fired from her fancy Beverly Hills salon and Sharon was allegedly behind her change in employment status.

“She and [daughter] Kelly both called the salon repeatedly for about two weeks before the news broke, trying to get in touch with Michelle,” the source added. “They were really angry. Sharon is the reason Michelle was let go.”

Over the weekend, it was first reported that The Talk host had split from her longtime husband.

Sharon and Ozzy married  in 1982 and share three children, Aimee, 32, and Kelly, 31, and Jack, 30.

X-Men: Apocalypse star James McAvoy has lost the battle to save his marriage.

The 37-year-old has split from his wife of nine years, Anne-Marie Duff, reported People.

“It is with tremendous sadness that we have come to the decision to divorce,” the pair said in a statement. “We enter this next phase with continued friendship, love and respect for one another and the shared focus of caring for our son. We ask that you respect our and, most importantly, our child’s privacy during this time.”

James and Anne-Marie first met while co-starring on the British series Shameless, which later inspired the US version on Showtime.

They married in October 2006 and welcomed their son Brendan in 2010.

While James is known for playing young Professor Charles Xavier in the superhero franchise, Anne-Marie recently starred alongside Meryl Streep & Carrie Mulligan in Suffragette.

He was fired from American Idol after one season and now Brian Dunkleman finds himself in the spotlight again, only this time it’s for a nasty custody battle that includes allegations of drugs, alcohol, child stealing and even public urination.

Brian married Kalea Nassif Dunkleman in 2007 and welcomed three-year-old son, Jackson, in 2013.

But after his marriage went south, the 44-year-old took his son cross country to New York. He went to court and obtained physical custody because he says he feared for his wife’s alleged erratic behavior, reported TMZ.

“Dunkleman says his wife, Kalea, is an alcoholic who is so out of control she poses a danger to himself and their 3-year-old son, Jackson. He says she has drunkenly punched him in the face and is now involved with a cartel drug dealer she met in rehab.”

His estranged wife, who was Executive Director at a national public relations firm, paints a very different picture and claims Brian is the one who has gotten physical with her.

For her part, Kalea says it’s Brian who’s the abuser. She says he has picked her up and thrown her against a wall in front of their son and has verbally abused her, calling her a c***, an abomination and a useless bitch. And she says he’s so abusive he once locked her out of the house and made her pee outside while he smirked at her.

Kalea told the website she’s now sober and wants a judge to order Brian to return their son to California.

Sounds like these two could definitely use Judge Lynn’s counsel.

Master P has been ordered to pay his ex-wife all his earnings from his reality series Master P’s Family Empire.

A judge ruled that the rapper must hand over $825K to his ex Sonya Miller for money owed in back child and spousal support, reported TMZ. In addition, the amount would be used to make sure she gets paid for any missed payments in the future. He’ll also have to cough up $15K for her legal fees.

Master P and Sonya were married in 1989 and have nine children together. She filed for divorce in 2013 and was awarded $27K a month in child and spousal support.

The couple worked together to build his No Limit empire, which is reportedly worth $200 million.

A disgruntled groom has reportedly filed for divorce just hours after marrying because his wife wouldn’t stop texting friends.

The Saudi Arabian man tried to consummate his marriage on his wedding night but was turned down as his new bride spent the evening replying to congratulatory texts and emails instead.

When he asked if her friends where more important than her new husband, the woman replied “yes” without evening skipping a hashtag.

According to a report, the argument got quite intense and culminated with the groom storming out of the hotel.

The couple then sought the aid of something called a reconciliation committee, but the groom has insisted on going through with the divorce.

Hopefully the bride was able to use her phone to call an Uber and leave the hotel, as women are prohibited from driving in Saudi Arabia.

Things are getting real for Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Yolanda Hadid.

The 52-year-old’s ex-husband David Foster has asked a court to block Hadid from getting any spousal support, reported People. To be fair, the music mogul also doesn’t want Hadid to pay him any spousal support.

The latest developments come nearly five months after Hadid filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences. In her initial filing, the mother of three asked for spousal support and for her 66-year-old Grammy-winning ex to pay her legal fees.

What is interesting is that the reality star is actually worth more than Foster. According to People, Hadid has an estimated $45 million fortune, while Foster has to make do with about $30 million.

Despite the spousal support request, the couple signed a prenup prior to their 2011 nuptials. They also sold their Malibu marital home for nearly $20 million in 2014.

Yolanda was previously married to real estate tycoon Mohamed Hadid, with who she share three supermodel children: Gigi, Bella and Anwar.

Foster has five daughters from his four previous marriages.

Derek Fisher and ex-wife Candace have agreed to destroy the frozen embryos they had frozen during their decade-long marriage.

The former Los Angeles Laker will also shell out $1.3 million in spousal support plus $15K a month in child support for their four children, reported TMZ.

The couple filed for divorce in March 2015, at which point Candace revealed she had been “blindsided” by the split. She alleged that Derek secretly moved out of their New York home overnight, while she was away.

Since the breakup, the former NY Knicks coach has been dating ex-Basketball Wives star Gloria Govan.

Fisher and Govan started their relationship while she was still married to his former Laker teammate Matt Barnes.

Derek and his ex-wife Candace married in 2005 and filed for divorce one month after celebrating their 10th anniversary.

Nothing is final, not even divorce.

Mysteries of Laura star Josh Lucas is back together with ex-wife Jessica Ciencin Henriquez, 19 months after finalizing their divorce.

“Their relationship moved really quickly from the start. During their first couple of years they dealt with a lot of difficult things that many couples thankfully never have to go through,” a source close to the couple told People.

Josh and Jessica share a three-year-old son, Noah.

“Right now they’re just taking it slow, dating, getting to know each other … Doing everything in reverse seems to work for them,” added the insider.

Josh and Jessica got engaged in 2012, six weeks after first meeting. While pregnant with their son, she found out she had cervical cancer. Despite the diagnosis, she gave birth to a healthy boy on June 29, 2012.

Less than two years later, the pair separated and finalized their divorce in October 2014.

Despite the breakup, they remained close for their son and even moved in together while she obtained a Masters degree at Columbia University. And now they are trying to make it work for good.

It’s over for Johnny Depp and Amber Heard.

The 30-year-old actress has filed for divorce from her husband of 15 months, reports TMZ.

According to the website, Heard cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split and is asking for spousal support. In addition, the couple reportedly does not have a prenup.

Their breakup comes on the heels of the sad news of the passing of Depp’s mother on May 20th.

The 52-year-old Alice Through the Looking Glass actor married Heard in a private civil ceremony on February 3, 2015.

While they met on the 2011 film The Rum Diary, it was their now notorious Australian apology video that is a must see.

Johnny was previously in a long-term relationship with actress Vanessa Paradis, with who he shares two children. In the ’80s, he was also briefly married to makeup-artist Lori Anne Allison.

Maybe love isn’t dead.

Patrick Dempsey has rekindled his relationship with his estranged wife, after filing for divorce over a year ago.

The 50-year-old was asked if he and Jillian Fink were back together and he responded, “Yeah, I think so.”

“You have to work at everything,” he told the Evening Standard. “And you cannot do everything. Something has to be sacrificed.”

The former Grey’s Anatomy star’s comments come just days after a judge told Jillian the court case would be thrown out unless she moved forward with the divorce proceedings.

Patrick and Jillian were married in 1999 and have three children.

He was previously married to his former manager, the late Rochelle Parker, from 1987 – 1994.

At least his wife still gets to call him McDreamy.

Déjà vu!

Khloe Kardashian has filed for divorce from Lamar Odom for the second time.

According to TMZ, the 31-year-old once again claimed “irreconcilable differences” as the reason behind the split.

The duo reportedly have a prenup and will go forward with the settlement they agreed to the first time they filed for divorce.

This is the latest chapter in the couple’s tumultuous relationship, which started with their televised September 2009 marriage, following a one month courtship.

Four years later, they filed for divorce in December 2013. It took nearly 18 months, but they both finally signed the divorce documents and appeared to be done with each other.

But following Lamar’s overdose at a Nevada brothel in October 2015, it was revealed that the judge had yet to process the court papers, thereby making Khloe his next of kin as his legal wife.

The reality star dismissed the divorce petition while she helped nurse the former NBA player back to health.

Then in March, Lamar was photographed partying again, which sources say is what motivated Khloe to end it for good.

Amber Head and Johnny Depp‘s divorce just took a turn for the worse.

The 30-year-old actress claims she was physically assaulted on multiple occasions by her ex and has reportedly filed a restraining order against the Edward Scissorhands star.

Amber showed up to court on Friday sporting a bruise over her right eye, which she claims occurred on Saturday night when Depp hit her across the face with his iPhone. Coincidentally, that was the same day Depp’s mother passed away.

In addition, Amber alleges Johnny tried to pay her to keep the abuse quiet, but she filed for divorce instead.

The Magic Mike XXL star submitted a photo of her injury into court as evidence, which was first published by TMZ and People.

On Wednesday, news broke of the demise of Johnny and Amber’s 15-month marriage.

Court documents revealed the date of separation as Sunday, May 22nd, the day after the alleged physical altercation took place.

On Thursday, Johnny’s rep released a statement saying: “Given the brevity of this marriage and the most recent and tragic loss of his mother, Johnny will not respond to any of the salacious false stories, gossip, misinformation and lies about his personal life. Hopefully the dissolution of this short marriage will be resolved quickly.”

Bonnie Pointer is so excited.

After 38 years of marriage, the 65-year-old founding member of the Pointer Sisters has finalized her divorce from Motown Records producer Jeffrey Bowen.

Although separated since 2004, the longtime couple initially filed for divorce in 2014.

According to the court documents obtained by TMZ, Bonnie will get to keep all of her music royalties as that is the only separate property she had from her ex.

Despite marrying in 1978, the duo shared no community property and have no children together. In addition, neither will get any spousal support.

In 2011, Bonnie was arrested for possessing crack cocaine and later appeared on Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew.

She started the Pointer Sisters with sister June in the early 70s, but left the group for a solo career just prior to their explosion on the pop charts with hits like “He’s So Shy,” “Slow Hand,” “I’m So Excited,” and “Jump (For My Love).”

The America’s Got Talent host reportedly won’t sign off on the divorce papers 18 months after officially filing.

According to TMZ, the Glitter actress has been trying to get him to make it final but he just won’t do it. The former couple have already worked out a settlement agreement and settled on joint custody of their five-year-old twins.

Seven years before accusing husband Johnny Depp of spousal abuse, Amber Heard was reportedly arrested for domestic violence against her then girlfriend.

The incident occurred in 2009 at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport with Heard allegedly striking Tasya van Ree in the arm after having an argument.

According to TMZ, Heard was arrested, booked for misdemeanor domestic violence and appeared in court the following day. She was eventually released after the prosecution refused to file charges.

Despite the altercation, the Magic Mike XL actress continued to be in a relationship with the photographer for four more years, until their breakup in 2012.

Somehow the arrest went unnoticed in the press until Heard’s recent split from Depp amid accusations of physical abuse.

Nearly two years after filing, Amber Rose and Wiz Khalifa have finally settled their divorce.

According to court documents obtained by E!, the couple had a prenup which entitles Amber to $1 million. Since the rapper has already shelled out $356K, he still owes the other $644K.

In addition, the 30-year-old model will receive $14,800 a month in child support for their three-year-old son. The pair have amicably agreed to share physical and legal custody.

For his part, the “Black and Yellow” singer will keep a home in Pennsylvania and several luxury cars including a Porsche.

Amber and Wiz married in July 2013, but 14 months later called it quits. They have remained on good terms.
