There is one thing keeping Mariah Carey from tying the knot with fiancé James Packer — she’s still legally married to Nick Cannon.
The America’s Got Talent host reportedly won’t sign off on the divorce papers 18 months after officially filing.
According to TMZ, the Glitter actress has been trying to get him to make it final but he just won’t do it. The former couple have already worked out a settlement agreement and settled on joint custody of their five-year-old twins.
Sources tell the website that Nick still loves Mariah and definitely doesn’t want her to wed the Australian billionaire.
But Nick called the reports a lie on Twitter.

Mariah and Nick have been on good terms since their split and are often seen together with their kids.
The pair filed for divorce in December 20014 after six years of marriage.
Earlier this year, the “We Belong Together” songstress got engaged to Packer. If Nick complies, Mariah’s third wedding will take place later this summer.
